Central Reservations

The call centre will act as the central reservations for suppliers, hotel groups, B&B and lodges. All the enquiries and booking confirmations will be handled by the call centre agents. In today’s web-based economy, customers want immediate contact and satisfaction. Utilising the services of a call centre makes that possible by giving them choices: conventional telephone, web call back requests or immediate e-mail response.  The customer service level increases dramatically with the use of a call centre handling customer reservations in real-time. The results for companies are more satisfied customers and consequently repeat business. Having a good call centre to assist with central reservations can help companies extend their business through customer satisfaction and increased sales. Also by having an efficient call centre companies can save money, time and having to employ additional staff. Multires and the accounting system will help these companies streamline and simplify their business when it comes to bookings, invoices, payments and sales reports. This system will attract and process sales more easily as well as secure debit or credit card transactions backed by our robust Microsoft SQL server for 24/7 uptime.

 

Data capturing
Data capturing in Multires will also be handled by the call centre. We will input all the relevant information such as accommodations, activities, cars hire and tours with all the pictures and rates.  By the call centre handling the data capturing which is time consuming will save hotel groups and companies of having to employ additional staff thereby saving money, time and having to provide training.

 

ISP Support

ISP SupportISP’s offer a way for people to enter the internet. The one area of the Internet that has not seen any signs of slowing down is the growth in users. This industry has been doubling in size every 6 months for the last 6 years.  For an ISP the model of interest is the "distribution" model. An ISP is a service-based company that resells bandwidth. It pays a monthly or annual fee to an upstream provider for a high-speed link to the Internet Backbones, and resells connectivity in smaller chunks to its customer base. As the ISP grows, and as it offers higher speed services it purchases more bandwidth from its upstream provider. Multires will provide clients with internet and e-mail access as well as web hosting. The call centre will act as frontline support to clients having difficulty with the internet or e-mails. The call centre agent will then log the enquiry to a Multires technician who will then solve the enquiry.

 

 

I.T.S Sales and Support Team

I.T.S Sales and Support Team will promote and sell all products and services designed by Multires. They will also provide services such as marketing, in-house and on-site consulting, presentations and training.

 

 

Central Reservations and Marketing Services

Direct sales - I.T.S will receive 7.5% on bookings made directly with the call centre.

Indirect sales –I.T.S will receive 2.5% on bookings not made through the call centre.

 

THE MARKETING MIX

Integrated Travel Services has put together an extensive marketing campaign in order to generate maximum revenue and usage of our prime products and specialized leisure I.T. services. The potential target market comprises guest houses, bed and breakfasts, hotels, travel agencies, hotel groups, car hire companies, adventure-activity companies and basically any business in the travel industry. The following is a break down of how I.T.S intends to promote and market services.

 

  • INFORMATIVE E-MAILS

I.T.S constantly sends out content-rich e-mails to potential clients in the travel industry detailing our efficient and more profitable services. E-mails are meant to give the client an overview of what I.T.S has to offer and they can there-by gauge what services their businesses are lacking that may profit them.

           

  • ON-SITE CONSULTING

Not always can clients be available for presentations at the I.T.S premises. Also, at times, clients prefer I.T.S to visit business premises in order to have a deeper understanding of the functionality of their business. In these special cases, I.T.S has “on-the-road” consultants who will be responsible for visiting clients’ business to assess business needs and relevant aspects that are lacking.

 

  • ON-GOING PRESENTATIONS

Clients are invited (via informative e-mails followed up by a phone call) to attend presentations at I.T.S offices in order to view the I.T.S call centre and facilities. Here, services and products will be explained in full and demonstrations and presentations will be given with regards to a multi-functional bookings system.

 

  • ADVERTISEMENTS

Various advertisements will be placed in weekly travel supplements, brochures and newsletters. This will inform the public at large on ITS travel services as well as spread the word. More businesses will be able to recognize and identify with the I.T.S. brand.

 

  • CONFERENCES/EXHIBITIONS

The directors of I.T.S will ensure to regularly attend travel trade shows and fairs, conferences and exhibitions. In this way, I.T.S. products will receive greater exposure. Travel and tourism shows will also give I.T.S an idea of the direction in which businesses in the travel industry are heading, enabling I.T.S to design and enhance products accordingly.

 

  • BROCHURES

I.T.S brochures are regularly distributed at meetings and gatherings of businesses in the travel and hospitality industry. These detailed brochures are also regularly sent to guest houses, lodges and Bed and Breakfast’s visa postal delivery throughout the country.

 

  • AGENTS / SALES REPRESENTATIVES

One-on-one contact with clients is the ideal way to market I.T.S services and products. Since I.T.S’s target market goes beyond its physical reach of the Western Cape, I.T.S. intends to contract with free-lance agents who will promote I.T.S services and products direct to the client.

 

  • FREE TRIAL PERIOD

I.T.S wishes to offer hesitant clients use of our MultiRes system on a free trial basis for a period of one month. In this way, the added benefits and profits will be realized at no expense to the future client. This method of sampling will get businesses familiar with services and products of I.T.S and MultiRes and a relationship will be established nevertheless, which would hopefully lead to long-term business dealings.

  

  • ASSOCIATIONS

ITS and MultiRes intend to approach key Travel and Tourism Associations. The partnership will focus on using the associations’ as a marketing medium. ITS and MultiRes will benefit by gaining access to vast and important businesses in the travel and tourism industry. Associations’ will also benefit, ITS and MultiRes will generate revenue on a commission basis, i.e. commission will be paid for every transaction that is made between a MultiRes/ITS and a client that was approached via the association.
