Rondebosch Manor is a large, homely guest house / boutique hotel well located in the leafy residential suburb of Rondebosch / Newlands in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. Rondebosch Manor boasts well appointed accommodation in 12 en suite bedrooms as well as an executive boardroom facility for up to 12 delegates. The accommodation at the 12 Room guest house / boutique hotel consists of self- catering, family, double and twin bedded rooms. Accommodation pricing ranges from R500 - R2000 per night incl. VAT and breakfast. Rondebosch Manor guest house is located mid-way between Cape Town International Airport and Cape Town’s city centre (a 15 minute drive in either direction) on the Golden Mile of Cape Town’s oldest Southern Suburb, Rondebosch / Newlands.

Newlands Cricket and Newlands Rugby Sports Grounds is only a 500 metre walk away. Rondebosch Golf Course, Cavendish Square in Newlands (for great shopping), The Baxter Theatre and Belmont Square Conference Centre and the University of Cape Town are also nearby (within 5 - 10 minutes). Also close to the Rondebosch Manor guest house are the V & A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cable Way, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, The Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island (around 15 minutes drive). It is 20 minutes to the best beaches (Camps bay and Clifton) as well as Kalk Bay and Hout Bay fishing harbours, and 30 – 45 minutes to Cape Point and the Stellenbosch Winelands. The Dark Cherry Room is our Presidential Suite and the ultimate in our accommodation collection. It is situated on the first floor of Rondebosch Manor. With a King Size Bed, Double Spa Bath and separate living area to name a few of it's features, the Dark Cherry Room is the choice for those requiring extra elegance, comfort and space. It could be argued with this room, that there is no finer accommodation in the entire Newlands / Rondebosch area than the Dark Cherry Room!

The Oregon Room has wonderful garden views. The accommodation itself, whilst of a very generous size, is very warm and intimate with its Parquet flooring and deeper wooden colors. A great feature of the Oregon Room is the bathroom which boasts a fantastic extra deep bath, perfect for letting your entire body soak in a body of hot water! Truly invigorating! The Mahogany Self Catering apartment is a wonderful ground floor accommodation unit sleeping up to 3 persons. Additionally this apartment boasts a wonderful bathroom which in addition to a spacious shower has a feature Victorian Bath. The Mahogany Self Catering apartment is tucked away at the back of the guest house and is also very quiet as a result of its placement.

The Oak Room is a very large ground floor room and faces onto the garden. The room has a decidedly oak flavor to it. A very unique feature to this room is the "in room" bathroom, where the spacious room flows seamlessly into the bathroom, which has a an extra length bath facing the bedroom. Additionally, the Oak Room has a separate room with an extra large shower and toilet for privacy. This accommodation has the quickest access to the Pub, lounge and dining room and is also perfect for those wishing to not negotiate stairs during their stay.

The Ebony Room is one of our three more compact accommodation room types in the guest house. What the room lacks in size, it more than makes up for in cute, unique features including breathtaking views of Table Mountain. The bath positioning is such that one is able to bath AND take in the view of Table Mountain straight from the bath!) This room and the Cottonwood Room are the only room with Mountain Views.Additionally, this is a back room which means that it is extra quiet and perfect for those people who do not like any disturbance to their sleep!

The Cottonwood Room is one of our three more compact accommodation room types in the guest house. However, this room more than makes up for it with its bright and airy ambience and breathtaking views of Table Mountain from the bed!! This is one of only 2 rooms in the entire accommodation pool of the guest house to boast this impressive feature. Amenities a PC, TV, Wireless Internet, etc. This is back room is extra quiet and perfect for those people who do not like any disturbance to their sleep!

The Kiaat Room is one of our three more compact accommodation room types in the guest house. However, this is not for lack of comfort nor convenience. The room itself boasts a centrepiece Queen size sleigh bed, and comes equipped with a PC, TV, Wireless Internet, etc. Additionally, the Kiaat Room has probably on of the better showers around! It is both large and has a feature shower rose with multiple water spray options available to you.

The Mornington Suite is a well appointed and fully contained 2 bedroom Self Catering Apartment. It boasts its own private entrance, garden and 8 Seater Jacuzzi. Accommodation is perfect for a family of up to 4 persons or for Corporate residence for those who are working on a prolonged basis in the Newlands / Rondebosch area. The kitchen is fully equipped with top range appliances, crockery and cutlery. The apartment has a 4 seater breakfast counter and a separate lounge, with a lounge suite, large LCD TV, surround sound DVD player, DSTV and A/C. The apartment is serviced 5 times a week.
